1975 FA Cup Heroes Recall Historic Wembley Win Over Fulham
On May 3, 1975, West Ham United faced Fulham in the FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium. The match was a close affair, but West Ham United eventually prevailed 2-0 thanks to goals from Trevor Brooking and Alan Taylor. The victory was West Ham United's third FA Cup triumph and their first since 1964.
In a recent interview, Brooking and Taylor recalled their memories of that historic day. "It was an amazing feeling to win the FA Cup," said Brooking. "We had a great team that year, and we were all so determined to win. It was a special day for me and for all of the West Ham fans."
